New Incoming Acts

AES reviews incoming entertainment on a weekly basis. If you have an act and would like to be considered please provide your promotional package on CD or DVD.

Promotional Material Requirements

Photographs & Logos

  • Image files to be supplied in jpg (jpeg) format. (landscape or portrait)
  • Minimum size of each image file : 400KB
  • Maximum size of each image file: 2MB

Audio Samples

  • Individual audio files must be supplied in MP3 format
  • Maximum size of each audio file: 4MB

Video Samples

  • Individual video files to be supplied in WMV or MPEG formats
  • Maximum size of each video file: 5MB

Current Song list & Biography

  • Supplied as text in PDF or Microsoft Word formats
  • Maximum file size: 1MB
